I'm Duncan, the founder of Buyo and I realised that the process of searching for a property is pretty messed up and stressful, especially for first-time buyers! You've probably been on countless property listing sites and have just been anxious about what's available in your price range, communicating with real estate agents, private sellers, and the like. You've probably also come across some deals that seem a bit too good to not be shady. It's hard to trust what's out there!

I understand the frustration. I've been there myself. Property searches can be stressful, especially when offers fall through for seemingly bizarre reasons. Sometimes you are pre-approved for a home loan and your search is even more frustrating.

I decided to create Buyo to fix this very problem and turn the whole "proptech" (property technology) online listings model on its head. Buyo is a buyer-centric platform where we advertise you, the prospective buyer, in a privacy-preserving way in your search for property. Sellers matching your buying criteria reach out to you. Best of all, as the buyer, you don't pay a cent for the usage of our platform. Our team will guide you on putting your best foot forward and make sure you rank as a VDB (Very Desirable Buyer).

Buyo is also based on a strong commitment to trust through thorough verification. Every buyer and seller on-boarded to the platform is verified by our team as legitimate through ID verification, title deed verification/independent searches, and verification of any supporting documents that make buyers rank higher. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and fake accounts on our platform.
